About our product: These dice are handmade by our glass-artist Claudia Malmberg. These are decorative pieces of art, not rollable random number generators. Rolling them will break them.

- When you call state the color of glass and numbers that you want. We will attempt to find the best possible match, but that will depend on available supplies.
- All products come standard with silver numbers. Other colors are available for an additional $15 per color.
- When your order is placed half of the final order price will be due.
- Most orders over the website will be custom orders unless we have what you want in stock. Once your order is completed we will send you a picture to verify that it's what you want. If you approve, the rest of the price will be due.
Ordering
- All orders have free shipping within the United States.
Shipping
- We have a ten (10) day return policy; you can return your item within ten days of the shipping date. The postmark on the returned item must be within that ten day window.
- You'll recieve a full refund if the items are returned to us in the same condition that we shipped them. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend paying for insurance on the shipment and that you pack it the same way we did.
